Problem is he's not coming through the port. Hes above the exit and glides down. No way to get there as intended to be a safe siege platform for another faction.

Am I wrong? Wasn't it your Governor who was mass reported and got banned so he took it upon himself to take the Arti in revenge?

That is definitely not allowed. As far as I understood, it was Elyo's infighting that created the arti situation. Can only blame yourself for that.
