    We have experienced a series of server malfunctions on Integrated Servers causing various issues from September 16, 2023, to September 18, 2023. 

    To make up for any progress lost during this downtime, we are pleased to offer the compensation items through an in-game survey. The survey will be available to characters level 81 or above until Tuesday, September 26 at 3 PM PDT, just before our scheduled maintenance.

    We apologize for the recent server outages that have disrupted your gameplay and our team is diligently investigating these issues to ensure smoother gameplay experiences in the future. We will continue to monitor and enhance our servers for the best experience possible.

    Server Instability & BCM Delivery Issue - September 18, 2023 [Aion]

    Hello Daevas,

    We are aware of the recent instance and PVP server outages that prevented players from accessing certain zones, including Apsaranta. Furthermore, we discovered that BCM items were not being delivered to players' mailboxes after purchase due to similar server-related problems. These issues have been resolved, and players should now be able to enter previously disabled zones and receive purchased BCM items via mail.

    Our team is currently conducting a thorough investigation into the system instability that has disrupted the normal operation of the game over the past few days. We genuinely appreciate your patience during this period. Rest assured, we will keep you updated on compensation measures for any progress loss and inconvenience you may have encountered.
