We could get luna easily couple months ago and now there is just one way to get luna and thats not enough, it's not even close to enough. So are you going to fix this issue ? I haven't played this game for long time but i know this issue is one of the biggest issues in this game.

Supplemental Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE ONE’S CHANCES OF WINNING.
These Supplemental Rules (“Supplemental Rules”) apply to the promotion described below (the “Promotion”). Together, these Supplemental Rules and Promotion General Rules (the “General Rules”) constitute the full ruleset for the Promotion. Collectively, the Supplemental Rules and General Rules are the “Official Rules”. All capitalized terms not defined in these Supplemental Rules have the same meanings given to them in the General Rules.
By entering the Promotion, you accept and agree to abide by both (i) these Supplemental Rules and (ii) Promotion General Rules.
1. Promotion Name: Aion Solorius Screenshot Contest
2. Additional Eligibility Requirements: In addition to any eligibility requirements set forth in the General Rules, you must also meet the following requirements as of the date of entry to be eligible to participate in the Promotion:
a. The Promotion is open to legal residents in the United States and Canada (excluding Québec) (collectively, the “Eligible Territories”);
b. Possess an Aion and/or Aion Classic account, as applicable, in good standing and have at least one player character on the account.
3. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only during the period beginning on 20 December 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (Washington) and ending on 3 January 2023 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (Washington) (the “Entry Period”).
4. Entry Method: During the Entry Period, to enter the Promotion you must take and submit a Solorius holiday-themed screenshot within the game in accordance with these Official Rules (the “Entry Method”). There are two categories (each, a “Category”): (1) Aion; and (2) Aion Classic. Entries must be received at the submission email (aioncommunity@ncsoft.com) during the Entry Period.
The Entry must also comply with the following requirements:
a. Screenshot must be submitted in .jpg format and sent via email to aioncommunity@ncsoft.com
b. The email subject line must be “Aion Solorius Screenshot Contest”
c. In addition to attaching the Entry, the body of the email must contain: (i) Entrants real first/last name (ii) Entrants city/state/country of residence (iii) the Category under which the Entry is being submitted; (iv) Entrant’s character name, and (v) the Entrant’s server name.
Entries must be taken within the game for the corresponding Category under which they are submitted. Entries which are unrecognizable, unclear, containing a zip file, exceeding a reasonable file size (as determined by Sponsor), or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules may be disqualified. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER CATEGORY PER EMAIL DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD.
5. Winner Selection. There will be 6 winner(s) (each a “Winner” and collectively the “Winners”), selected as follows:
a. The Winners will be determined by a panel of judges (“Judges”) appointed by the Sponsor. The Judges will review eligible Entries based upon the following criteria, allocated equally: (a) creativity; (b) image entry quality; and (c) adherence to Solorius theme. The top ranked entries, as determined by the Judges, will be the potential Winners. Each Winner may not win more than once in total for the entire Promotion.

This maintenance is being done to correct the issue with the Shattered Abyssal Splinter Event Ranking calculations, mentioned here. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
UPDATE (11/21 2:30PM): We have identified an issue with the Shattered Abyssal Splinter Rank calculation system. As a result, we will be unable to properly start Week 1 of the event. Hello again, everyone!
There is currently an issue with sending the "Grade S Minion Contract Selection Box (10 Types)" to affected players and it will need to be fixed during this week's maintenance. Players should start to see the rewards in their mailboxes following the maintenance on Wednesday, September 21. It may still take up to a day before the rewards are received.

We will not be removing the original reward that was sent in error. The "Grade S Minion Contract Selection Box (10 Types)" being sent out now, are for all players who fulfilled the requirements of the Minion Promotion. I hope this correctly answers your question!

Hello, everyone!
My name is Wissp and I'm on another NCSOFT game, but I'm filling in for EMpulse who is off today! She asked that I follow up with everyone here about the Minion S reward situation.
We are now in the process of rectifying the issue and begin distributing the "Grade S Minion Contract Selection Box (10 Types)" to those who participated in the Minion Promotion as soon as possible. The hope is that distribution will begin by end of day, but it could take a little longer and a bit of time for everyone who is eligible to receive it - but rest assured that it's on the way!
