Well I FINALLY got it to work. I had to actually jump off the cliff then it sucked me up into the windstream, so strange. I flew straight not at an angle.

well I tried from all angles and still can't get it to work It's the one right after you float to the top of the cliff, next to the trade post and oblisk. I can't progress any further because of this

I can't get the windstream to work for the lvl 16 campaign quest. I am an Executor. Anyone else having this issue? also /petition doesn't work for me, and I can't seem to login to the support page. thanks in advance
