For the last TWO years we have gotten a ultimate promotion event every 6 MONTHS like clockwork, all the sudden we now don't? This event should have started in JANUARY, but here we are going into February and we didnt even get an event of any kind? WHERES THE ULTI PROMO? Alot of new players NEED this event so they can get stronger in game. PLEASE ADD IT NEXT WEEK SINCE ITS ALREADY LATE!! xTrinityStarx

So, let's discuss this for months now players have been discussing how hard it is to get Luna in this game, it's one of the MAJOR currencies used in this game and is a major reason alot of people are stopping playing Aion because there's no way to effectively farm it. UNLESS you put all your alts thru Arena of Discipline, which for most is a horrible time VERY late hours or during siege, which we all know AP is also an issue, but we will discuss that later. Needless to say, we have come to forums many times asking for answers and solutions....so far NCWEST has only stated they are currently working to resolve this among what 10 other issues? and that you will not add it back to Contaminated Underpass as KR and Eu have done, which is fine BUT WE NEED A FIX NOT EXCUSES. Is our support team really that incompetent that they cannot figure out how to fix this in a timely manner? Why must we revert to blowing a forums post up to get an answer from you? This affects all your players for god's sake don't fail the community that has stayed loyal to Aion for these last 13 year's. We are asking that you come up with a SOLUTION NOW not in the upcoming month's mind you we have already waited over 3months now for a fix. People need ways to farm this currency to retune gear, unlock dae pass, reset instances, luna buff in instances, luna res.....so many uses and no REAL way to farm it like before. We know you don't want to readd it to contaminated underpass, but we are asking that you make a 50 mob daily kill quest in iggy/gelk so that people can farm there luna to advance in the game and be able to thrive. Please do the right thing and make this happen or give us a different solution that works. Thank you xTrinityStarx

Because its clear they don't play the game and understand how it ACTUALLY works, that's why we are having so many issues non stop over the last months, they either need to make the survay per char or just a total dump of scrolls to 1 toon on the account.....either way its way more than ....5? or do an emergency maintenance and fix the problem all together

Dont worry they sent us 5 resets when u should be able to run it 12-13 times daily.....what a joke....robbed yet again 12chars per account = 84 runs you should be able to do but they give us 5 resets? we need 79 more if your going to fix it next week instead of a emergency maintenance, give the people the ability to get what they are supposed to be able to do. I hope you compensate us CORRECTLY and not a 5% compensation slap that upsets every player in this game.... so give us 79 more scrolls so that we can reset for the total runs we are supposed to be able to do

To my knowledge no one's gotten the correct rewards, we havn't gotten any of the "dae passive selection boxes"

Shocker here, we still have not been given the correct compensation, even changed the date to jan 11th and still not received the correct compensation. @EMpulse

Beyond amazing how week after week we have to figure out what's broken or bugged and report it back here and then wait forever to get things fixed. Do you all not test the basic of thing's when releasing and event? Fissure is supposed to be DAILY and is a WEEKLY reset? How could you miss such a basic QA check list...... but then we have been posting about it since before this and you only comment about the extractor? Great event if it actually worked as intended.....instead we will waste weeks of it trying to get it as its supposed to be sadly.

I mean thats great that they are fixing this issue, but what about the winry coin npc being gone? items dont delete til 11th but we cant use the items lol.....alot of paid for the snowballs that are giving coins that we now cannot use lol....put the npc back

@EMpulse You changed your post again?, yesterday it said to look at all your accounts and use up all event items before jan 11th. Now it doesn't say that? regardless wintry coin NPC needs returned so players can use it. Please add it back Trinitystar

@EMpulse you've been reading our posts for the last few days, not a single update? Do you understand this is why the player base is always so mad with NCWEST? the lack of communication is .....amazing to say the least.....yall clearly was on yesterday because the survey's went out to some but not all.....like come on....ignoring the community isn't the answer it just drives more and more players away from aion.....already such a small community you want to lose more because of this? You've clearly had the time to read our issues but not taken the time to respond to them at all.....really miss @Rin because she would at least respond even if she didn't have the answers right then which is why everyone liked and respected her. WE NEED UPDATES ON ISSUES Maintenace is today. Are we gonna honor the original dates announced or are we going to pretend that didn't happen and push your players away from yall a little more til yall have no one left? Because you surely are on a patch to really kill the game, population is the lowest it's ever been, and there's no one to blame other than the support from NCWEST and lack of giving players what they need to continue playing, examples EVENTS that reward more than 2 Berdin stars, CONTENT to replace instances we have had for 3-4 years now, transformations kept locked up like they are gold......just a few examples of issues that NCWEST doesn't understand....if you took a little more time and LISTENED to your player base this game would pivot and actually stand a chance to become successful again Revert the dates of event, fix the surveys, and stop being greedy and most of all REPLY TO US Thanks Trinitystar

SHOCKERRRRR 12/25 promised a reward survey, and guess what we got the shaft yet again, just do the right thing and put the dates back and save some face and let your players farm and have something to do Just a suggestion, test things before announcing that they are added, i mean its just like siege, yall said that was fixed? and guess what still a mess, and we have been in 8.4 for how long? it's been months. another example Luna, been a problem since yall removed the bag from game and didn't put it back in contaminated underpass like every other version of aion but have yet to offer any real solutions, how do you expect players to have faith in game when they are failing at the BASIC fundamentals of the game? So how about you start off by extending the snowball event so we can farm that while you all figure out how to fix things sounds like a fair trade to me, atleast to the original release dates of December 7th to January 4th. Absolutely way too many vices and currency issues in this game for it to grow any, new player literally cannot catch up to even compete in the game. Transformations, item collections, armors , runes, gems, enchants, luna, AP, EXP, manastones, minions, minium, and so many more, nothing of which is easy and you sit there and wonder why you cant get any new players in this game? THERES UR ANSWER GREEEEEEEEEED.....You all give us 3 restore tokens a in a 6month period that we can pratically use for almost nothing anymore..... i feel horrible for this folks for farming zikel and nezekan and getting the SAME ONE OVER N OVER N OVER and physically no way to reroll in game, and they will not restore the items to try again, what logical sense does that make? Then when u finally do put it back on the store its 250$ PER TRY that could reroll right back to the same transformation????? Not to mention all the other transformations that have been under lock and key for over a year.... all the HP collections year n change later still nothing about them being re put in the game......these things need to be more available to the player base....enough of my rant Simply put revert the days back and test things before adding and saying they are "fixed" Trinitystar

End of the day, NCWEST has been failing the player base for quite some time not listening to the needs of the community and when we finally do get an event, they "make mistakes on dates" so they just speed change them like its no big deal.....we need this event so we can get the things in game that we actually need. They need to revert the dates back to what they were before the random change of dates.. December 7th to January 4th should be the duration of event, i mean yall arnt even gonna be in office next week for maintenance but your gonna end snowballs early? There isn't any type of confusion, they did a quick change of the dates recently and didn't bother to tell anyone, hence why people are upset

Which wasn't there in the beginning, and the "Apsaranta Winter Meal Kit STILL has the original dates of December 7th to January 4th on it. Has it really come to where have to screenshot EVERYTHING this company posts because they will simply try and sneak a date change in without notice? People was happy with this event ending January 4th, but the quick change of dates has everyone angry, even if it was a typo on NCWEST part it should be honored. Isn't the players fault that wrong dates were announced. This is a good event where everyone wants to take full advantage of farming the snowballs for the chances at getting the rewards, so give them the chance to be able to do it. So I am just going to throw this out here, I understand why we will not put the luna bag back into Contaminated Underpass Instance, HOWEVER when we moved it from there to lugbug daily 50 kills we was able to get 20 luna per toon per day, most all people have 13 accounts so 13x20 = 260 luna daily.....its a complete slap in the face with these new abyss rewards for weekly luna.....not even top reward gets even close to the same amount of weekly luna we was getting which was 1,820 WEEKLY, to almost NOTHING now.... NEEDS A SERIOUS FIX! Now let's do a break down of what LUNA is used for in game Daeva pass to unlock = 2240 luna PER CHAR (Nuts for people who play multiple chars) Retuning gear and accessories = 20 luna PER REROLL Avg piece takes roughly 200-500 luna to get retune where u want Instance resetting = 80+ luna per reset Perfect res = 40 luna Instance buff = 20 luna Now keep in mind with ur "new way to make Luna" let's say ur able to make top 100 in ranks which includes ASMO and ELYOS COMBINE! that's 50 Luna per char a week = 650 Luna weekly PLEASE THINK ABOUT THAT WITH PRICES ABOVE WHAT CAN U ACTUALLY DO? We already pay for prestige passes, now you're trying to force people to buy Luna too? This game will not survive with just paying players playing.... the game requires an influx of new players coming in and playing and being able to grind what they need, obviously pay to win will be farther ahead but you're taking away the ability for free to play players to even grind their way in the game. We need the luna bag returned to a daily quest like before, or some other way to get 20 Luna daily per char. Please figure it out because it has to happen if we are to be able to grow and maintain the game we love. Thank you, Trinitystar

I would like to also point out, your only unbanning "paying accounts" anyone who has been banned "Free to play" there emails from support have been account closed perma, do you know how insane that is? Do you understand that alt account might not spend money but it might belong to one of your paying players? OR maybe its friends with one of your paying players? This game cannot afford to lose more players in the state of the game. We literally was just getting players returning to the game and now with this the 20 players we brung in .... 30 going out....why? Because you guys make this game so impossible. People was literally just being convinced to return to aion retail from Aion america and other aion private servers because your LOYAL player base had finally convinced them the game was going in a better direction....then bam a huge ban wave, now all that hard work your PLAYERS have done getting people to play......GONE because of one STUPID decision. You want more income? As we have been screaming for YEARS! SALE SKINS MORE SKINS AND WHEN YOU GET TIRED OF THAT MOREEEEE SKINS!!!!!! There's literally thousands of skins/ motions you could put back in the game that people WOULD BUY but you dont....we get 1 or 2 a month.... make it simple unban ALL accounts that you have banned and focus on making the game better please Thank you

I think that if the focus of NCwest is to ban players for farming events and such all hope for this game is lost.....we literally have to sit here and beg for events and things to be put in the game then when they finally do put items in the game that you can farm you get banned for them....laughable jokes....This games player base is way to low to even be considering banning people for such small issues how about you focus on the real issues like why is the game failing fix those issues before such small issues. I personally think NCWEST Should just go back and reverse these bans. Focus on the real problems please. Lack of players? Lack of support? Lack of Communication? Lack of CONTENT? Lack of events? Lack of compassion? Theres TONS of real MAJOR issues we should be focused on before destorying what little bit of a game we have left. So be done with it and go back and reverse all the bans so people can go back to enjoying what little bit of happiness we have left in the game Because the actions you all have committed could cause a huge spike in player loss which we all know your only concern is revenue....but think about this ...... No players no revenue? Do the right thing and unban all these accounts you all have banned over the last few days. Thank you

Be a man or a woman and speak up and stop avoiding the situation because its "uncomfortable" Support takes 3 steps forward and 10 back....it's impossible to get ya'll to understand what the people want because you don't LISTEN, If you took half the time listening to the player base the game could actually be great again and people would return and WANT to play but instead you do stupid stuff like this to put a bad taste into your player base mouths.... Just a suggestion stop what your doing, put your pencil down and LISTEN and maybe just maybe you can make Aion a game people want to play..... take examples from EU....they still have 4 STRONG servers because they LISTEN to there PLAYERS! Your kidding me right? You can post about the "halloween contest" but you cant listen to your player base about there needs and wants? Do you REALLY want to lose your players? Alot of the paying players are waiting for answers, it sounds like we might just need to go support another game? at least they have the nerve to reply to us and not just ignore the entire topic?? It's a crying shame because we love Aion but the management is lacking so much so that they dont even have the nerve to reply? Let me first start off by saying NCWEST never ceases to amaze its player community with such messed up logic, NCWEST posted water relic season would reset 05/24/2023(or close by date) posted VERY clearly on the relic, people farmed waters VERY HARD because the stats are very important early on reaching 300 waters. Just to find out your resetting the relic say.....6months early? and on top of that your only going to compensate players who had upgraded there relic 2 weeks prior? WHERES THE LOGIC IN THAT? they wasnt the only ones affected by this hard pivot of change in time. I think it's absurd that only people who had upped there relic two weeks prior to 8.4 get any type of compensation....are you telling your player base we don't care about you hard core players? EVERYONE should have received these rewards based on the level of your relic not just a select few. Not to mention we didn't even get 8.4 patch notes til the day of 8.4 being ACTIVE? So no one knew "hey if I pop a water i'll get compensated next patch" Sucks for people like me who busted there butt's farming agent and such reaching 300 early in the patch to take advantage of the relic to get nothing.....but now people who popped 1 water in the last 2 weeks have a chance to get 50 holy waters....do you see what's wrong with this picture? EVERY PLAYER WHO HAD THERE RELIC ACTIVE AND CONSUMED SET AMOUNT OF WATERS SHOULD RECIEVE THE REWARDS!!!!!!! And the fact this this 8.4 patch waters are EVEN harder to farm it's a total slap in the face to your players. Do the right thing and give waters to ANYONE who reached these levels not just a select few. And i surely feel bad for asmo they arn't even trying to contest Agent, which means they have almost no way to farm waters but thats there own fault for not even trying more so pointing that we are VERY limited with Holy Water options to farm in 8.4

"Server Stability Maintenance" How vague.... no fixes for say siege? Silona / Pradeth going live then ends 2 mins later? or how about the issues with getting AP this patch? or hey you know how about the issue with the no way to get luna light except for arena of discipline? Siege is literally one of the only ways to get AP this patch and we arn't even able to do that...how depressing that nothings being addressed or fixed just a simple vague post.....Do you even care?

It's horrible we have to look at Gameforge EU to gauge what type of changes we "might" get and even then sometimes we don't even get that *shrugs*
