65 AP trade in

When is the npc for ap gear trade in going to include 65 gear. It's been over a year since the level cap was raised and new pvp gear was launced. Most of us are still sitting on our old gear in hopes of the npc being upgraded. Seeing how we don't wan't to blow 50-100 dollars on hammers just to get ap out of it, or bite the bullet and toss it.
