Broken Transformer feats.

The game is dying 1 sub at a time due to the fact that a handful of people are abusing the feature that they xform, then log out and the timer no longer ticks off their xform.  They then scout around their asmo/elyos account to snipe people that are of various ranks or alone, and keep second client with their xformed toon waiting  at precise locations to snipe players.  This is inconsistent with open world pvp. High ranks should be high risk high reward, not low risk, max reward.  Its non -sensical.   NCWest needs to make xform timer tick off while logged out and not allow double xform to be a feature. In fact, transform should only be allowed at sieges and during siege times.

This is being addressed in one of the next patches (don't remember if it was 2.2 or 2.4). Xform time will continue to decrease even if logged out.
