A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE ONE’S CHANCES OF WINNING. These Supplemental Rules (“Supplemental Rules”) apply to the promotion described below (the “Promotion”). Together, these Supplemental Rules and Promotion General Rules (the “General Rules”) constitute the full ruleset for the Promotion. Collectively, the Supplemental Rules and General Rules are the “Official Rules”. All capitalized terms not defined in these Supplemental Rules have the same meanings given to them in the General Rules. By entering the Promotion, you accept and agree to abide by both (i) these Supplemental Rules and (ii) Promotion General Rules. 1. Promotion Name: 2022 Aion Spooky Screenshot Contest 2. Additional Eligibility Requirements: In addition to any eligibility requirements set forth in the General Rules, you must also meet the following requirements as of the date of entry to be eligible to participate in the Promotion: a. The Promotion is open to legal residents in the United States and Canada (excluding Québec) (collectively, the “Eligible Territories”); b. Possess an Aion and/or Aion Classic account, as applicable, in good standing and have at least one player character on the account. 3. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only during the period beginning on 20 October 2022 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (Washington) and ending on 3 November 2022 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (Washington) (the “Entry Period”). 4. Entry Method: During the Entry Period, to enter the Promotion you must take and submit a spooky-themed screenshot within the game in accordance with these Official Rules (the “Entry Method”). There are two categories (each, a “Category”): (1) Aion; and (2) Aion Classic. Entries must be received at the submission email (aioncommunity@ncsoft.com) during the Entry Period. The Entry must also comply with the following requirements: a. Screenshot must be submitted in .jpg format and sent via email to aioncommunity@ncsoft.com b. The email subject line must be “2022 Spooky Screenshot Contest” c. In addition to attaching the Entry, the body of the email must contain: (i) the Category under which the Entry is being submitted; and (ii) the Entrant’s in-game account name for the corresponding Category. Entries must be taken within the game for the corresponding Category under which they are submitted. Entries which are unrecognizable, unclear, containing a zip file, exceeding a reasonable file size (as determined by Sponsor), or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules may be disqualified. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER CATEGORY PER EMAIL DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD. 5. Winner Selection. There will be 6 winner(s) (each a “Winner” and collectively the “Winners”), selected as follows: a. The Winners will be determined by a panel of judges (“Judges”) appointed by the Sponsor. The Judges will review eligible Entries based upon the following criteria, allocated equally: (a) creativity; (b) image entry quality; and (c) adherence to spooky theme. The top ranked entries, as determined by the Judges, will be the potential Winners. Each Winner may not win more than once in total for the entire Promotion. 6. Prizes; Prize Delivery. Winner Notification; Prize Delivery. Each potential Winner will be notified on or around 11 November 2022 via the email address used to enter. In-game prizes will be in-game mailed to each Winner’s character as identified by the Winner.
