Now everything makes sense. Support messages are simply spam. they copy and paste texts, when you ask for something specific they copy and paste the text that most resembles what you ask for, that's why many have that feeling that they don't even read the messages.

Imagine how lazy a team must be to change the maintenance schedule because they have to get up early

Now they can imagine why the events are so bad, because they are not interested in working. 

Aion has become a passive income for the company, there must be 2-3 people that carry all the work of the game, no more than that.
