No sound for aion classic

As the title suggest I get 0 sound it has been fine since I originally installed it 4 months ago then about a week ago I lost all sound. I've deleted the game, the launcher, reinstalled both 3 times same deal. It's the only game or app on my pc that does this, I even tried head phones to no avail. I'm on windows 10 alienware laptop Rtx 2080 super,   i9 processor. I'm lost hopefully I'm not the only person this has happened to, it's literally impossible to play with no sound. Also i tried ingame settings all on default I also tried changing the values up and down still nothing.
