Polyanna Posted December 17, 2023 Share Posted December 17, 2023 On two of my characters I am unable to talk to the NPCs in Tolbias Village. They are Alobus and Leto. I have completed the quest requirements (which are now greyed out), noither NPC will allow me to talk to them to receive the follow-on quests.
