This is currently happening to a friend of mine who has been trying to login and play with me for about two hours. This is horribly frustrating, as both our times are very limited. It isnt the first time. I have not been able to locate any troubleshooting for this issue aside from trying to also login to the account in a browser. Neither a game log-in nor a browser log-in are able to send my friend the email to even enter their account. They cant even submit a ticket.
