cant join legion

i waited like 26 so hours after i left my other one now when i try to join one it say you join one already cant join another one for 0 hours left i had a hour then at the 24 hour mark it said 0 and now it been two hours later still say 0 hours and i cant join no legion so it been 26 hours going on 27 soon how can i fix this
