Why we need an EU Server now and not in like 6+ months

With Gameforge releasing SOLO it is unlikely that they want any other game for at least 6 months. The non-NA population in Classic is already extremely high, probably even higher than the whole NA population itself. Many are already spending money and have invested hundred of hours into their characters by the time we may get an EU Server. So unless you provide a server transfer service from NA to EU there is no point in having an EU Server in the first place because nobody will make a new character, invest money and time again just to have a slightly better ping.
