Controlling bots in low level zones

I know it's been talked a lot but seriously NCSoft, there are only two servers, and the bots behavoir is usually quite easy to spot, can't you put a couple of people checking the zone were characters spawn?

And even if they manage to not catch one there, you control the world, if you see one bot spamming gold selling in chat, you can ban the account where it was created
