We have lives, you can't give us less than 24 hours notice to delete event rewards for a *2 month long event*. This is a lot of effort just purely wasted for the simple reason that communication from GMs is either last-minute, or completely erroneous (see Honorable Daeva's Mark debacle for example).
Previous Stormwing Events had the same issue, most of the server woke up Wednesday morning with their boxes deleted because they were given either no notice, or very little (less than 24 hours is *completely unnacceptable, communication-wise). notice from patch notes.1 -

The patch notes for August 22, 2023 were posted on Monday, August 21, at 7:10 PM. That gave us less than 24 hours notice to login to all our characters and open up the boxes. All my Stormwing boxes that I dilligently worked every day to login and obtain were deleted, with less than 24 hours notice, I wasn't able to read the patch notes on Monday night to figure out that I need to login on Tuesday before maintenance to open all the boxes.
This has happened in previous Stormwing events, where everyone's boxes are suddnelydeleted with very little notice to open them.
Can we please have a week to open our deleted boxes after the end of the Stormwing event?2 -

Very many times Storm tokens and 24 hours to be logged in, but if I go to other characters and they will receive these tokens, but they are UNSTORABLE IN ACCOUNT WAREHOUSE??? Should I be logged in on only 1 character 24/7??? It sucks!

It's disappointing, compairing to the last year Stormwing event when we had Lugbug missions and could earn 7 Storm Tokens per day from them, and now there's nothing from Daeva Pass!
Yes, that's exactly right. At every 2 hour interval, if you're about to get the token on the character which you want tokens (the one that has the untradable egg), if you switch to an alt, the token will be acquired on your alt, and stuck there because it's not account tradable.
So you literally cannot log any alts, and and have to stay afk 24/7 for 27 days straight on your main character only.

Literally *everything* on the drop table has always been untradable + unstorable in account warehouse. But Blessed Paragon Stones + Ancient/Sanctity Potions don't need to be traded *to* mains. The items they enchant can be traded *from* the main *to* the alt and back. So making everything untradable doesn't prevent anyone from feeding their mains anyway.0 -
Run your NCLauncher in compatibility mode. This will force all children processes, including Aion client to run in Windows 7 compatibility mode, and that should fix this problem.

wow am I the only one that got Nezekan and Zikel back-to-back and didn't have to work a full-time job to pay for reroll keys?
On my second bundle opening, I needed Zikel, and was pretty nervous that I'd get a duplicate Nezekan, but I didn't know that a key cost %^&*& $250?!?!??!?!

Hi GMs,
Shotbot is one of the best players on the Asmodian faction; not only that, but he is also one of the friendliest, and quite frankly he's funny & fun to play with.
If he got banned for a sarcastic comment that any reasonable person would have interpreted as a joke (we sure all did, when we were with him), not as an actual breach of ToS by selling accounts / RMT, etc, I believe that requires an immediate re-consideration and undoing of his permanent ban. It's simply not reasonable, and not even the appropriate "punishment" for the "crime". Sarcastic comments happen all the time, and blankly taking them at face value is unreasonable.
Furthermore, I believe you're focusing your banning/curating efforts on the wrong types of "offenses".4 -
I legit only login to auto-hunt in Kaldor Timeless Terrace for kinah and Exp Marks (I desperately need refining stones, lol).
Can I please know if that's bannable offense too? At least save me the electricity costs of keeping my computer on to auto-hunt if there's gonna be banwaves for completely illogical reasons.1 -
A suggestion regarding the Daeva Fairy 5 hour Nezekan/Zikel buff.
I LOVE the idea, the 2 xforms are great and gives us a chance to use the other xform we don't yet have because it takes at least a full year of grind to get both, and they've only been available since August of last year, so it's impossible to own both as of now.
A problem in execution .... the 5 hour buff is not counted as a true "transformation" by the Pet Auto-Scroll, and so when we want to use our pets with food, we have to take out the contracts or otherwise the 5 hour buff is overwritten by a 10 minute Transform buff.
This sucks because if you want to auto-hunt for more than 5 hours with the Daeva Fairy Nezekan/Zikel buff on, you'll eventually not have an auto-scroll Transformation if you don't manually come and update your pet auto-scroll.
A suggestion to the dev team is to update the auto-scroll to respect that we already have the Nezekan/Zikel Daeva Fairy 5 hour buff and not overwrite it.1
