I met Zakovs twice in arena of discipline. The first time I suspected his behavior was abnormal, so the second time I recorded it from the beginning. Having investigated the video with some friends, we have sufficient reasons to suspect that he has been using third-party tools. Then I submit a ticket with evidence to NC.
In response, your support team said "No action has been taken yet as it can take a few days to gather the necessary evidence". I trust that you did what you promised and have enough evidence to support the final decision you made.
However, these guys above keep creating public opinion pressure both in-game and outside towards me and your support team. If you were to compromise with those people, you would completely lose trust of all players in Aion.
Finally, I would like to thank AION support team once again. You slap their faces who said you guys won't take any actions against cheaters.

Glad to see you guys still working on aion classic, but apparently missing communication with players. We are expecting existing bugs fixed rather than new patch comes.

- Drop rate: Manastones barely drops from mobs in open world, prices are very high and new players and even veteran players that been getting new gear can't afford them at the moment, new players can't have essential stigmas to play the game, we only have enchantment stones that we get from daeva premium pass, gold items rarely drops from mobs, only drops from instances.

The Arena of Discipline and Chaos should be open from 5 PM to 7 AM EST, and it is correct that the gate is clickable to queue during that time span.
However, after 3:00 AM EST, it always displays the message "time has expired" within a few seconds of joining the queue. Although we can click the gate to apply to enter the arenas, we are unable to enter after 3:00 AM EST and receive error messages.
Please resolve this issue or inform us if you plan to shorten the arena's time span.

It is 3 times in a row that you reset forts after maintenance, how come you guys still act as nothing happened?

Update: occupied upper level artifact still cannot finish the quest

I tried to occupy 3 artifacts from lower level of Abyss , but the "Occupy 1 artifact" still shows incomplete.
I am only at lv40+, not sure if upper level artifact work. It either a bug or not clearly described.

DPS meter is also a third-party tool. How can a red dot be considered better than a video? If you want, I can create an image with the names of all your legion mates on a red dot
