Double Drop Buff Where???

I am not one to complain, but... I don't know if they even applied the correct code for the Dungeon Delve event.  The first time we got this event we were getting double gear/weapons from the instance boss. However, I, like many others do not see a change in the drop rate. I was initially happy about this event because of how successful and fruitful it was before, but not now. Hey, NcWest, double check your codes because this not giving what it was suppose to gave, period!
