The stats added by the Aion's Chosen title is great but I play multiple characters on my account. It would be very costly to have to purchase the title again for each of the characters I play on my account. I believe a perk like BCM titles, given how highly they are priced, should be unlocked account wide and for all existing or newly created characters on that account.
