You cannot kill the barricade at the end of telos of forgotten it just keeps healing over and over. You need to finish the barricade quest in order to enter dragon lord throne!!! You can run telos of forgotten but there is a quest that you pick up from npc in silentera that has you kill the barricade to the dragon lords throne in telos. Once you kill the last boss in telos the barricade is behind it. Once you group starts attacking it constantly resets and you are unable to DPS it. So you can still run telos with potential to get stigmas but the harder instance that is on different CD is inaccessible as the entry requirement is to kill the barricade in Telos .
