The drop rate and respective issues only getting appeasements through the cash shop, shows precisely where their motives are. And this is just a fraction of the problems preventing people from coming/staying/returning. Their other games, mobile games in particular, prob make more money and by a massive margin, Aion classic NA simply isn't going to get the attention it needs to thrive...
