Server Instability Update and Compensation [Aion]

Greetings Daevas,

We have experienced a series of server malfunctions on Integrated Servers causing various issues from September 16, 2023, to September 18, 2023. 

To make up for any progress lost during this downtime, we are pleased to offer the compensation items through an in-game survey. The survey will be available to characters level 81 or above until Tuesday, September 26 at 3 PM PDT, just before our scheduled maintenance.

We apologize for the recent server outages that have disrupted your gameplay and our team is diligently investigating these issues to ensure smoother gameplay experiences in the future. We will continue to monitor and enhance our servers for the best experience possible.
