Aion GameClient Has Stopped Working - S Rank Size Problem

Hi, I'm a NA returning player trying to play Aion, unfortunately I can't even start the game because it gives me this error you maybe familiar with..

System Specs:

Graphic Card - Sapphire Nitro+ RX480 OC 8GB

Radeon Software Version - 17.7

Windows Version - Windows 10 Pro (64 bit)

System Memory - 64 GB DDR3 1600

Main hard drive - Intel 750 Series 400GB NVMe

CPU Type - Intel Xeon CPU E5-2670 0 @ 2.60GHz(x2)

I worked with NCSoft Support and tried:

•memtest86 on ram

•MSCONFIG "Disable All" on service and startup

•Installed DirectX9C Cumulative Update

•Installed .Net 4.6.1 SDK

•Every Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 - Present

•Uninstalled my Antivirus, turned off Windows Firewall

•Port Fowarded Aion on Router

•netsh winsock reset in Command Prompt

•They thought user account may possibly be corrupted, So created a new User Account.

•Ran "sfc /scannow" and "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" commands, Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations

•"advanced repair" of the Aion game client consisting of delete the folders "BIN64" "DATA" and "L10N" then doing a file check

•a lite re-installation of the client by renaming Aion Folder to Aion.old then uninstalling game and launcher then re-install launcher and go to point of Update. Close launcher delete newly created Aion folder then rename "Aion.old" to "Aion." Top it off with a file check.

•Full re-install of game

•renaming bin64 folder/ renaming aion.bin to aion.bin.old

•Then finally a Clean install of Windows 10 Pro and Clean install of game.

SAME FREAKING ERROR PERSIST!

I've tried while only programs on PC are Aion and AMD Crimson Radeon Software. Uninstalled Raptr and Plays TV that came with drivers. Downloaded and installed DirectX 9C and .Net Framework. Tried .bat trick, doesn't work.

Anyone else play an AMD RX480 graphic Card or use Win10 Pro? Maybe Aion is incompatible with Dual Xeons or my Intel NVMe SSD...

Another thought is my old PC that runs Aion fine is an upgrade from Windows 7, maybe Aion doesn't run on "clean" installs, maybe something carried over from the old windows version is needed. My old PC has Win10 Home, maybe Win10 Pro is the problem.

Last thing is maybe some setting in Windows 10 Pro is keeping Aion from playing.

Anyone got any ideas? NCSoft Support has given up, and I'm outta ideas. Please help!

Ok so i set  initial pagefile to 9728MB and maximum to 98304MB,  still get same error using 64bit/32bit clients

*edit- also tried initial 98304MB to max 98304MB, still no go

Yup run as Admin, reinstalled Win10 Pro from scratch probably in the neighborhood of 5-8 times since I started trying to figure out why Aion won't run on this PC, tried repairing the game and cleaning the registry as well.

Actually Illegal and Privileged dll calls may have been run w/o Admin, I was spamming game start up trying to grab all the access violation codes it would give and just now I checked again; you are correct it only gives Illegal and Privileged dll calls when I don't run as Admin so those can be ignored. 000000,0000006, FFFFFFFF ,and C405C710 access violation are the norm with 000000 being the most predominant.

Next Question. Is that Virtual mem (pagefile) on the same disk AION is installed on? That's all I can think of that might be different form my install (other than hardware) My pagefile is on the same drive (disk) Aion is installed on and, it works fine.
