Quest items from quests no longer in the game

I had several quests before the patch hit.  Upon release of the patch almost all of those quests were removed (exceptions are the luna quests).  The following items are still in my special cube:  Aether Wave Stone (for quest A Risk for the Obelisk), Obelisk (for quest A Risk for the Obelisk), Ruins Location Map (for quest Research the Ruins), and [Event] Prestige Society Research Diary (for quest [Prestige] Prestige Society Rank Four).  All of these items are obsolete but when you go to destroy them it says the item can NOT be destroyed.  Please fix this because it is taking up space in my bag.
