Chisae-DN Posted November 21, 2018 Share Posted November 21, 2018 After the splash screen the game crashes with this error code. I get this with the NA and the EU clients. I've run repair and tried deleting the registry entry, updated my graphics drivers; nothing works. I'm using windows 10 with a card that can support DX12. Kailor-DN Posted November 21, 2018 Share Posted November 21, 2018 first make sure your graphics drivers are up to date and, you have rebooted your computer. That's usually out of date drivers or Aion.bin hung in memory, so an update and reboot usually fixes it. If not you'll have to submit a ticket to support.
