Resist no longer triggers Windblade Reprisal/Whirlwind Dance and Slayer form

Hello, up until this latest update, a resist had triggered Windblade Reprisal/Whirlwind dance and this is no longer occurring.

Also, if you pop slayer form of Darkness (which gives 15 secs of 100% crit on your next skill) and then use Dizzying Ambush, you do not receive the 3 seconds of crit from dizzying ambush
