When you do a critical hit you get a 30% increase in casting speed for 3 seconds, the effect is applied correct, the description is wrong since it says it reduces the cool down for skills during 6.x patch it said "reduces the casting time for magical skills" which is correct The effect description is also (kind of) correct And if we want to be a grammar nazi, this could have had a better translation. or Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
