Where is the "Timeless Terrace Entrance in Silentera Canyon"? I came to the Silentera Canyon to do the Kerub's quest "Teleport through Timeless Terrace Entrance in Silentera Canyon" but the entrance is not shown on Silentera Canyon map!
Kerub only shows the map of Timeless Terrace but not for the entrance to it.

I see the event about the 13th anniversary started. Looked inside the dreamworld searching for vendors and quests. Found no quests, and only vending machines giving unknown goods for tghe anniversary coins. There is a list of Bdoba Robot items for 20 13th Anniversary coins here https://www.aiononline.com/en-us/news/happy-13th-anniversary-aion , but the machines are 3. Do they have same list of items or different?
The Atreian passport: the "Daevanion coupon" on the 1st and on the 28th day, do they have same contents?

10 stormwing survey tokens is as good as not giving any as your need the missing 5 from BCM which resets when the survey was expired which I think it was 00:00am server time . That’s when the BCM 5 token purchase limit resets too.
the compensation survey should be 10 tokens for those who’d done all lugbug and lost progress , also an additional of 5 stormwing tokens for those who didn’t get to buy from the time after emergency maintenance was brought up till 00:00am.

Hell, even IF, a big IF, players get additional 5 or even 10 tokens , they aren’t going to be ahead and get extra reward. Read upon how the leveling up of stormwing egg works.
giving 10 tokens is a short to many players who got messed up by the emergency maintenance that took their progress and 5 bcm token purchase away especially if they didn’t make it online in time for the survey AND the re-purchase of 5 tokens before 00:00 reset. They’re missing out a total of 15 tokens.
Giving 10 tokens aren’t going to help anyone at all. People still going to set behind by one day, their first day progression are wasted. Giving survey compensation manually of 10 tokens are just a waste of the management team’s time and effort and also not fixing any problems to the players .
In short, survey should be 15 tokens . With 15 tokens, people are just about to get back on the right track.

Why do you write that BCM reset is at 00.00? What time do you mean? I know, on CT the BCM reset happens at 6 PM. I know it exactly, and I often take event items before and after this time. I would prefer it to coincide with the genral reset at 9:00 AM CT, cause having 2 different reset times in the day complicates the game and put additional load on our minds.
The survey distribution was a mess! The 5 tokens I purchased between 2 maintenances were deleted, OK, but I received the survey. The compensation was relating to the BCM reset (5 tokens), + Berdin stars for we missed several hours of the game time. 5 tokens were related to those who made Lugbug quests and got 5 tokens for them that were deleted. But then: why did they set the end of distribution of the survey to 00.00 Aug 25, or 12PM CT Aug 24? This time is not asociated with any reset! The reset of Lugbug quests occurs at 9 AM CT every day. The reset of BCM occurs on 6PM CT. They had to spread the survey until at least Aug 25 9 AM CT!
Taking that the normal maintenance lasted 2-3 hours longer than usually, and then the unscheduled 2nd maintenance took several hours, very few players, or accounts, were able to log in and do everything in the game during that short interval after the 2nd maintenance to the midnight between Aug 24 and Aug 25. To me, it was like 2 hours. To my other accounts I logged in after this midnight (but before 9AM Aug 25) and they lost the surveys. I wrote to the support, and they gave the survey rewards to some of them but didn't give to others, independently of the time they logged in in the interval between 00.00 and 9.00 AM CT Aug 25. To those whom they denied the items they explained that the account "didn't log in during Aug 24", and lately they didn't accept any appeals and don't want to respond any more.
Please make the rewards available for all who logged in before Aug 25 9:00 AM CT!

2% per enchant, 5 enchants give 10%, not 30%, so then what is truth, 10 or 30??? I haven't got 50% exp Berdin amulet for quite a long time, so I can't tell, but I have some 50% drop rate amulets. If the runes with 30% buff don't let 50% amulet work, it's out of common sense. Usually in this game a stronger buff would overwrite a weaker one. Some can combine, or at least are allowable to be used together, like the rune buff+Berdin's lucky stars+ Nabaru's fruit. Do you think anything of them doesn't work when combined?
The game has some errors, I think. When I have a yellow line of Berdin't lucky star (>50%) and use exp shards, it visually looks like my exp grows faster than without the stars; below 50% it still makes effect, and the Berdin's favor gets exhausted by this, but the game writes me in chat window that I get the amount of exp same as when I use shards without the stars. This is incorrect. But when I turn quests in it writes the gotten exp is greater due to Berdin's favor (thit is correct).
I don't quite understand the Nabaru's fruit. It says it must be exhausted, but whatever I do (kill mobs, turn quests in, eat exp shards), the line of Nabaru's fruit buff remains full. Does it work at all? Then I used to notice that nabaru's buff suddebly disappeared completely on my next login. Strange things.

Kerub gave us plume accessories with XP buff .
It says it gives 30 additional ex. 30 what? 30 exp is nothing, as we can compare with millions we get from small Berdin shards or quests. Is it 30%? It didn't let me drink a green bottle with an exp buff. Once I tried to take my Kerub's feather accs off and drank a bottle, then put them back on and they deleted that bottle's effect.
Applies first among identical effects... but what if I use a Berdin's amulet with 50% exp buff?
Is a drop rate runestone useful? Does it give 30% drop rate at enchantment +5?

In the current (recent) event they gave a survey with 20 coins from the last year, then they sent another survey with 20 coins of this year and apologized that the first survey had wrong coins, and said they would be deleted on Aug 17.
I agree that making us unable to spend coins we earned in earlier years, nor exchange them for any other coins or Lumiel transmutation, is unfair!

In summary, we get as many stigmas in Beluslan as can be socketed (without charging): level 20 - 1 normal, lev 30 - 1 normal, lev 40 - 1 normal, lev 50 - 2 greater, lev 60 - 1 major, lev 70 - no stigma, just gear. I don't really know what is your problem with level 50 in Heiron. There are no shugos selling gear lev 50 and 1-time quest for 20 Acorns giving non-elite gear+ greater stigmas? Aren't they in another place, or coupled with another level store? If nowhere, I think you should apply to Technical Support and post to "Report bug" on this forum.

Will weapons, shields ever be in a wardrobe? Buying/winning an expensive weapon or shield, putting its appearance to a newer one (like Thunder Dragon King, Nether dragon King, Void Dragon King ) and it becomes useless when higher stats appear all around. I didn't even chance to try Void Dragon King. Please release these skins again!
When will it start in NA?

With what enchantment stones can equipment break on failure& If I have [BCM] Ultimate Paragon Enchantment Stones, don't they prevent breaking? This equipment is quite expensive on the broker (300+mln k) but weaker than Kerub's unless enchanted to +5 or more. So I don't know , to use it (the polearm is beautiful!) and try to enchant or to sell? It also writes "Cannot remodel" so it can't be used as a skin?

I lost my 7 Brilliant Ice Prisms (because I didn't know they would be deleted) plus >300 Snowballs on other accounts cause I ran out of time. I join the plea to NCSoft to give us one more week to open our Snowballs and their products that we didn't have time to open or didn't know that they would be deleted! It's a shock for us that these items are deleted so quickly! I played Aion since 2013 and collected Snowballs every year, some Snowballs and Snowflake crystals/Wintry coins would remain in my inventories and I would open them later and exchanged Crystals|Wintry coins the next year! It would also be appropriate to return the npc exchanging Wintry coins for this week, cause they will be deleted!

What gear are you talking about, in 2020, gotten from those hard-to-get items in Timeless Terrace? I found a way to it in a video. (Is it intended to be a secret location? Is it worth it??) I saw crazy prices for Spirit phials at the npc. The gear I remember in 2020, if there was already Renown, it was bought for EXP marks, it was Heartguard for pve and Shadowdelve for pvp. And it was cheap enough for EXP marks. Was there any other gear for AP? I've never seen. AP were earned in pvp instances + a little in Lugbug quests and we would spend it for Knowledge marks. And as people above noticed, stats are not only made by gear but also by Cubics, enchanted skills, transformations, collections etc.
BTW I don't even know what strong pvp gear exists now, in the time of Kerub's and Fighting Spirit gear that are pve and stronger than Shadowdelve. Shadowdelve are still sold but I don't believe in them. I stopped trying to gear in pvp cause I see it useless, and I continue to be 3-4 shot by Elyos coming to Gelkmaros where we are unfortunately bound to do most quests, even though I like Demaha much more. The game was somewhat better when there were obelisks in demaha and Lakrum and there were quests and events there, so we were bound there and could see their beauty, especially Demaha is beautiful. But then they basically focused the game in the old and boring Gelkmaros cause there is the only obelisk, there is the Lugbug quest to kill 50 mobs to get Luna materials + to get additional event items like Stormtokens. So it ties me to Gelkmaros and I have no time left for Demaha, still less for Apsaranta. I was in Apsaranta, it's less interesting than Demaha and Lakrum? and the quests in it are totally strange, I still don't understand them. What means doing "Legion quests" and why don't get any legion quests in the operation sites? How to grow my "legion renown"? As far as I understood some window of the interface, it's not about my real legion of characters/players but some legions of npcs in Apsaranta. So if I don't get quests from them I can't grow my "legion renown", it remains hard to understand. The worst location so far. The patch where Apsaranta appeared was for me not about Apsaranta but about kerub's gear and stigmas +9 that nerfed any previous gear, the process of enchanting and especially any manually enchanted stigmas. I could never enchant stigmas higher than +10 or +11 with normal stigma enchantment stones, they're just useless, I didn't even get from +6 to +9, just used to try some ready stigmas with +9 from events. Then we used to get ready +12 stigmas in an event and I sold them, cause I was satisfied with Kerub's stigmas and disappointed in the process of enchanting, and liked to get kinah rather than work on stigmas any more.
