Thanks for your patience, folks. The Secretive Merchant NPC has been re-added to Sanctum and Gelkmaros and will be available until next week's Aug 17 scheduled maintenance. Also, for those of you who have 2 different stacks of coins...one of the coins (186020161) is from last year's event and those cannot be used for the current event. All coins will be deleted during next week's maintenance. -EMpulse
