Their responses to support tickets are absurd. They know nothing about their own game, kids in high school have a better understanding of networking, and their sales support is non-existent. It's unreal that we have to constantly record videos and submit them through a website just for a chance to stop the most blatant cheating.

It's always been like this. The bot problem is the most glaring problem, because it means there's no policing. Even before Aion, Lineage 2 was completely infested. They have never cared about what goes on. They only enforce the rules if someone really goes out of their way to complain.

I've never heard of anyone seeing a godstone drop in classic. Not now, not ever. They're coming from quests.

The officer quest is easy to complete. Join a pvp group or go to a siege. Some of the dumbest players are officers and generals, going for weapons or transforms while they're wearing rubbish armor. During double ap events, almost the entire server is officers.

Yes, make the game more pay to win. Put more winning in the cash shop. Don't ever increase drop rates or ap gain.

I'm amazed how people love this game so much that they want to play on private servers, yet they couldn't make it succeed. Twice. It was dead at launch with the candies. Everyone who complained knew what was coming.

They're complaining because there was a sudden drop rate nerf and manastone prices tripled. Seems reasonable.

Also, you're not 55 yet? Didn't you just post asking where to farm a stigma? Please tell us how your farming went.

Instead of fixing the problem, they actually made it worse. We complained about the lack of manastones. Instead of giving manastones, they give gear that requires manastones: 3x 40e pieces, the full Anuhart set, double instance drop rates, and double AP for abyss gear. The demand for manastones is higher than ever.

That ship sailed a long time ago. Remember when everyone complained about candies at launch and left? The people who stayed said it didn't matter and they were wrong. It's been a slow pay to win creep, just like retail.

I doubt this will kill the game. They broke forts for many months and it's still here. It just never thrived like it should have.

It's unreal that a game with a community so loyal has been mismanaged so badly that people would rather play on private servers.

I just want to know why you sent out surveys and spent over a month analyzing an obviously dead server.
