They anounced already it will be always on Tuesday midnight (CET) from now on.

There is a lot they can do on their own, as well as making up for the disruption with free manastones/stigmas/enchants surveys.

How so? I wrote a detailed criticism bringing up the issues most (new and old) players are facing right now for a service they are paying for. Quoting myself:
