Just keep your eyes on Korea's servers. They just got 2.0 and if Tiamaranta's Eye comes it will be a while I bet (they seem to do 3 month patch cycles and 2.0 just hit). With that said, the original plan for Aion Classic was to not have any 3.0 content, but we already saw in Korea new 1.X content and 2.0 content released in 1.9 for level 50s.
