KKM RESET SCROLLS. Why isn't a single GM answering us?

I don't need to go into this fully because there have been SO MANY posts about it already... but when can we get someone to acknowledge our concern? At this point I don't even care if they change things, I just want my Quna refunded. 46 reset scrolls that I cannot use, paid for with Quna. There was no warning when I bought them that I had to use them before a certain date. Give me my Quna back please. 

@Rin I have tagged you quite a bit regarding this. I see you going about your business and responding to others, but you haven't responded to anyone that has posted about this? How come? Please just answer us. If it's not you we should be tagging, then who?
