If I remember correctly back in retail 1.5 /2.0 if you stacked MR you rarely got gs procs (blind/silence) on targets . I know they are magical proc based . In classic this doesn’t seem to be the case when I hit someone in mr I still get silence / blind procs . Did they change this?

Are you sure this isn't an added benefit of the hack program you use? How many hits are you up to in a second these days anyways?

LOL its you again posting from some anonymous account . I dont use hacks and wouldnt even know where to get them if I did lol.  Why not post from your main if you have such accusations? You are probably mad at the fact you got killed by a solo chanter in 1vs zerg in gelk  .

There is most definitely an Asmo chanter I have watched closely, who gets too high a proc rate for a silence godstone.

I am not going to name names because it's forbidden here. I am not sure how it is done, I always assumed the proc was calculated by the server not the client app.
