Alance Posted June 9, 2023 Share Posted June 9, 2023 You can trade Platinum medals for Sapphires in the War Effort Rewards room in Gelk or Ingg fort. Go to the Consumables vendor and look for a Sapphire medal pouch that you can buy with Plats. Took me awhile to find it myself, I had to ask around in game for a couple days. My main is committed to the Sapphire set now at 4/5 pieces.
