Alance Posted June 9 Share Posted June 9 You can trade Platinum medals for Sapphires in the War Effort Rewards room in Gelk or Ingg fort. Go to the Consumables vendor and look for a Sapphire medal pouch that you can buy with Plats. Took me awhile to find it myself, I had to ask around in game for a couple days. My main is committed to the Sapphire set now at 4/5 pieces. So basically farm Plats from daily quests or sieges, then trade em to the vendor for Sapphires Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
