Furthermore, we discovered that BCM items were not being delivered to players' mailboxes after purchase due to similar server-related problems. These issues have been resolved, and players should now be able to enter previously disabled zones and receive purchased BCM items via mail. Our team is currently conducting a thorough investigation into the system instability that has disrupted the normal operation of the game over the past few days. Klerik Posted September 19, 2023 Share Posted September 19, 2023 I would suggest to sanction those found responsible for this fiasco if you truly value your customers and see them for what they are worth, you are indemnified to do so.
