Server Instability Update and Compensation [Aion Classic]

Greetings Daevas,

We have experienced a series of server malfunctions causing various issues from September 16, 2023, to September 18, 2023. To make up for any progress lost during this downtime, we are pleased to offer the compensation items through an in-game survey. The survey will be available until Tuesday, September 26 at 3 PM PDT, just before our scheduled maintenance.

Additionally, we are excited to announce the upcoming Jackpot Kinah Monster Event, which will commence after the scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, September 26, 2023.

This Server has a lot of players.  I hope NC Soft spawn way more of these Event mobs, or many players won´t be even able to find an Event mob that isnt already being attacked.  Thank you.
