Hey Roseae,

Might I suggest not doing maintenance while / right before / right after the majority of NA users get off of work? It is a bit frustrating being greeted with server downtime every Tuesday when your players want to wind down and relax. :(

ALSO!   These upcoming events... their details need to be posted in the Aion website BEFORE the maintenance happens... ideally, on Monday already.

Maintenance for NA is done by Korea, so it's on their time zone.
