Boost Bundle, Ice Orb, and Emergency Server Maintenance

Dear Retail Daevas,
We regret to inform you that recent events and promotions have brought to light certain issues. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Recognizing the urgency of these matters, we have scheduled an emergency maintenance for today, January 18th, at 7:00 PM PST. The maintenance is expected to last approximately 1 hour, during which we will address the following issues:

Boost Bundle Promotion Issue:

• The following items are observed to be absent from the bundle. All players who made Boost! Bundle purchases will receive the missing items after the scheduled maintenance on 1/23. The Garden of Growth Bonus Entry Scroll will not be deleted with the event ending, allowing its use in the next Garden of Growth event. Additionally, as compensation, we will send 1x Garden of Growth Bonus Entry Scroll to all players who purchased Boost! Bundles during the event period.
  •  Boost! Minion Bundle - 1 x [BCM] Grade S/A Minium Selection Box
  •  Boost! Lucky Star Bundle - 1 x Garden of Growth Bonus Entry Scroll
  •  Boost! Abyssal Star Bundle - 1 x Garden of Growth Bonus Entry Scroll

Frozen Magic: Ice Orb Promotion Issues:

• Herelym Mine Ice Orb Drop Issue:
  • Currently under investigation.
• BCM:
  • +1 Ice Orb (Free) available from BCM can currently be Brokered. We will change it to a 'Cannot be Brokered' item.
• Login Reward:
  • +1 Ice Orb available from Prestige Login Reward cannot be Brokered. We will change it to a 'Can be Brokered' item.
• Article Correction:
  • Correction of the misinformed event details: Prestige players can receive +1 Ice Orb every 30 minutes, not (x2) as mistakenly stated in the article and you can collect up to 24 Ice Orbs daily as stated in the article. Apologies for the confusion.

Compensation for Prestige Players:

• Prestige Pass holders will receive x48 (Can be Brokered) Ice Orbs as compensation via survey. The Ice Orbs already collected from Prestige Login Reward will not be removed, allowing players to keep extra Ice Orbs.

We sincerely apologize for the mismanagement of recent events and assure you that we will take steps to prevent similar issues in future events. We understand that the recent events did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your feedback. Despite the mistakes made, we are committed to making improvements and ensuring a better experience in the future.

For future Ice Orb Promotions, Azphel/Ariel will be included in the reward list, and we will explore the possibility of reintroducing daily quests to obtain snowballs from Frostnerk.

Well the truth is that right now the snowball event is exclusive to prestige holders. So next time bring the daily quest for it as well. And don't put the npc in Sanctum/Pandaimonium, put it in Inggison/Gelkmaros, nobody visits the main towns anymore.
