Bryos-DN Posted December 21, 2017 Share Posted December 21, 2017 Unfortunately, the NPCs for the Ceramium Coin headgear are missing or have been removed. The only other alternative to getting these items (or skins rather) are the Prestigious headgear pieces, obtained from a one-time quest, only for Prestige users, asking you to kill Sheba and Hyperion.
