But when I clicked on 'Submit a Ticket button' I go to Account Settings webpage. I tryed to send from another computer (my wife computer's), logged on my account, I send the ticket from her account (wtf?). How to proceed? DMob-DN Posted February 4, 2018 Share Posted February 4, 2018 you need to make a ticket from another account to explain ur problem , i had the same problem too not too long ago .. they will make you change ur email for ur account and you'll need to confirm it with them thru tickets.
