Right now it takes a great amount of effort, specially for lower level players to gather groups for dungeons. It would be awesome if we saw a LFG system that we can go on and itll find a party for us while we continue questing. The same can be said for PVP. I think you can recruit in cross server with the third tab, but only if you enter the instance first. Considering that no one is using this option, you would end up waiting ages inside the instance until you get bored.
