Turn auto attack into passive skill ?

Remove all auto attack and turn them into passive attack like when using skills there's 50% chance to cast an auto attack.

Yes I'm asking to remove weaving,it shouldn't be here people should have fun with spamming skills without worry that it will lower their dps.
Make it passive for all magic and physical classes and everyone happy.
