Essence Help in SORC

Hi I'm a returning player and new to all the essence thing. I can't find a guide in google on how/what to do with the essence points directly related to a sorc. Is there any related guides I can read so I can understand essence more? or any advice on what to do with it? All advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Really depends on many factors. How many essence points you have, what gear (like coe accessories to boost skill levels). But the basics are (from highest priority to lowest):

1. +8 Refracting Shard
2. +8 Freezing Wind
3. +8 Flame Cage
4. +0 Enhance Attack
5. +3 Soul Absorption
6. +0 Flames of Wrath
7. +0 Spear of gust
8. +0 Mana font (if u have mana problems, or to help with situations where you can get drained)
9. +0 Boost defense (to help with survivabilty if you take agro a lot, otherwise leave out)
10. +0 Vessel of Earth (to help with survivabilty if you take agro a lot, otherwise leave out) 
11. +0 Oath of Iron-Clad (to help with survivabilty if you take agro a lot, otherwise leave out)

After those it is a bit up to what you like.
