Aly-DN Posted May 10, 2019 Share Posted May 10, 2019 No one here can answer your question. You are basically stuck waiting on Support. Have you been bumping your ticket asking for updates? That is literally the worst thing you can do. When you reply to a ticket before Support responds, rather than putting your ticket at the top of the pile you actually are sending your ticket to the bottom as if it were a new ticket.
