I'll give example of arrow deluge vs gale arrow. Gale arrow is clearly superior speed but lower damage than arrow deluge but I feel like if I put arrow deluge as last skill and put gale arrow as my early skill,it will give me better dps. Another example would be punishment vs bloodslash wind which punishment has 0.5 1.0 1.5 2.0 modifier with base about 1.7k damage while bloodslash wind has 570ish damage. Question is if I do use fast skill but low damage first is better or I should look only attack power of skill and use it first ? Which one is better for my dps ?
