WinMTR Results constant lag

Can someone please tell me what server I am losing these packets?  The game is unplayable at siege and Luna.  Been like this for almost two weeks.

Support tells everyone it's on their end. That's just their line lol. Also, for the past two weeks, we have been forced onto 32bit client by NCsoft due to issues with SFT. We will be back to 64bit today once maintenance is over, so try playing again and see if you have an improved experience. We've all been lagging severely on 32bit for the past two weeks.

Thank you for the response.  You were absolutely correct.  I log in tonight and have no lag or dc's at all.  Wasted two weeks, first week wondering what the hell I can do.  Second week paying for wtfast and RTL.  E-mailing AIon support then two days of Comcast support.  Ugh, disappointed.
