My problem is 2 years ago create an account, mistake that I wrote the date of birth to chance and now 2 years later I have been vaneado, I do not know why I vanearon ?. He asks me for information. The only one I do not remember is the date of birth - it is impossible for me to remember. I'm really going to lose my account? 2 years dedicate? It's very frustrating, I'm really sad. What I can do?
