I wanna see if someone had this same problem I'm having so u can help me a little faster than a ticket ( that we know takes some time to solve). You see, I bought a Prestige Pack and it showed up on my account recent purchases and everything, but nothing pops at the "Apply a Code" section, so I can't activate the pack. Plus, now there are 1200NC on my account (which shouldnt be happening, since I didn't buy NCoins, but the prestige pack). Did they change the way to apply it? I even checked in-game black cloud marketplace to see if they were selling the packs there, but they're not. Please help me with this, dudes! Thanks a lot and see you in game. It seems that everyone had to email support to have it resolved -- which sucks, I know, especially given all the post-merge tickets support is wading through.
