Katalam sieges are applying classic-era Kaisinel's Protection buffs on Elyos

[The Secret Cow Level]

On the Katalam fortress siege on 2021-01-24, Elyos reached level 6 buff on Pradeth Fortress.

Elyos lost Pradeth on that day, and will receive level 7 buff on 2021-01-28.

But these are old buffs from classic era (5.x)! Physical classes are not getting a damage buff, only magic classes do. PvP defense buffs are not working.

 

The actual buff effects are as follows: (Replace L with D for Marchutan's Protection I, II, ... IX)

Note on effects:

• Classic PvP Defense: This does not work on level 76+ characters
  • This value is capped at 100%
  • Level  76+ characters receive permanent passive skills that give +100% classic PvE/PvP Attack/Defense
  • In Classic, PvP equipment have these stats
• Weapon Damage: This does not work with physical attack skills since 6.0
  • Physical attack skills no longer use Weapon Damage to calculate damage inflicted
  • In Classic, physical attack skills add their skill base damage to Weapon Damage in a same way  +attack manastones do
• Boost damage of spells: Works only on instant damage spells
  • Does not work on:
    • Magical damage-over-time
    • Spiritmaster damage-on-dispel
    • Proc damage effects (Pressurized Chamber, Blessing of Wind, etc.)
  • Effect is found on Spiritmaster's Spirit's Empowerment, Sorcerer's Aetherblaze, Songweaver's Thronesong Effect, minion Viola's active skill, etc.

 

What needs to be applied is the new refly buff series that top at level 5: (Replace L with D for Marchutan's Protection I, II, ... IX)
